Environmental Simulation Tests
Verification of the developed requirements is a central pillar in the device and system development of avionics. As part of the development process, we ensure the functionality of the systems according to the highest safety standards. To achieve this, we rely on test systems and frameworks that enable norm-compliant and early verification of systems, devices, hardware, FPGA, and software.
Proper environmental qualification according to common environmental test standards such as MIL-STD 810, MIL-STD 461, MIL-STD 464, and RTCA DO-160 is an essential part of our verification process. We conduct these tests in-house and also work closely with partner laboratories to achieve the highest possible test levels.

Expert Information
Our independent verification of technical requirements is performed according to domain-specific development standards such as RTCA DO-160, RTCA DO-254, RTCA DO-178, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD-464. As part of our processes, we qualify test programs and infrastructure according to RTCA DO-330 to utilize automated test results of software tests within the certification context. We provide verification and test systems for various components, including electromechanical components and user interfaces. Our customized test systems include
- Test software
- Simulations
- HMI
- Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL)
- Software tests
- Module tests
- Automatic test reports
- Cable harnesses and test adapters
- Series test stands
